Who We Are
HOUSE OF PEACE CENTRE (HOPC) is a non-profit making organization which was formed in September 2019 and registered on 24th Feb 2021.
It draws its membership from men and women who are passionate about the fight against gender based violence among girls and women. HOPC recognizes the enormous challenges of violence against women and girls, which increases their vulnerability to HIV/AIDS.
The main inspiration of forming this organization was as a result of increasing cases of HIV/AIDS amongst our young girls and women, which has seen a number of orphans, early teen marriages, sexual harassment, drug and alcohol abuse on the increase.
