HOPC has been able to implement some of the programmes as stated, and many achievements have been recorded. However, we could have achieved more if a more robust programme were implemented, but with limited funding, it could not be done. The following is a catalogue of achievements.
Outreach programs
The Organization was successfully registered and launched with limited contributions from the members of the organization.
Preparations and introduction of the organization to the stakeholders was done in order to attain recognition and endorsement from community.
Implementation of the HIV/SRH activities with training of peer educators and the ongoing health awareness programmes are a great testimony.
Empowerment of more than 30 young women into income generating activities are turning many young women into landladies and owners of property, thereby slowly moving them from the low bracket income status to middle income earners.
